Add new feature pages for VARBINARY_ENCODED, BSON, View TTL, Conditional TTL, Segment Scan, Change Data Capture, and the Phoenix-DynamoDB REST adapter. Refresh atomic-upsert and secondary-indexes with sections for ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE_ONLY, RETURNING *, and uncovered indexes. Add VARBINARY_ENCODED and BSON entries to the data-types reference. Add a "What's New in 5.3.0" highlight section to the landing page, group recent-improvements entries under a 5.3.0 heading, and add a news entry for the 5.3.0 release.
