All tests in {{TableSnapshotReadsMapReduceIT}} share a hardcoded snapshot name 
so any test that fails to delete its snapshot at teardown causes every 
subsequent test to fail on the snapshot request. Fix by replacing the static 
snapshot name with a per-test instance.
