This is fixed, but perf testing has shown that it does not make a difference on
the server side. Hopefully it does on the client-side at least, but we need to
test this still.
[~mujtabachohan] - not a high priority, but it would be good to test this. An
easy way would be to increase the batch size on a table with a number of
indexes. Before we'd get an OOM error, but now we should be ok.
