On behalf of the Apache Phoenix project, I am pleased to welcome Gabriel Reid as a committer. He stepped in and did a fantastic job re-writing and adding features to our Bulk CSV loader. He's also kept us on track of our mission to remain SQL compliant. Looking forward to many more contributions!
