Please check this, [~samarthjain], as it may be the culprit:
bq. FYI, the setting of hbase.master.info.port property to -1 happens
automatically if the connection URL contains test=true; which forces the
PhoenixTestDriver to be used. We should update the non core tests to do this as
well.
