Rewrites the Comparison node formation grammar. Infact this patch is the
biggest among other changes because of the impact on other related classes.
Whereever equal, lt or lte is getting called trying to pass the all or any
information if available in other places just passing false.
Did not create a seperate Expression for ANY/ALL. If needed can create another
one.
