You have to edit your build.xml
<property name="pigjar" value="../pig.jar" />
to
<property name="pigjar" value="../pig-0.8.0-core.jar" />
I opened this ticket but in that time I couldn't properly report all the
documentations problems.
And sadly, now, I don't remenber all of them.
