Here is the final approach:
Include public List<FuncSpec> getArgToFuncMapping() throws FrontendException in 
Count.java which will take care of number of arguments , their data types for 
COUNT.

I have the patch ready and have tested it. If anyone is not working on it, can 
this bug be assigned to me so that i can submit the patch for review.
