Fix For: 0.10
PIG-2239 made it so that users can set $HADOOP_HOME and direct Pig to a
different version of Pig then was wrapped in the Pig release. The test harness
needs to allow testers to set HADOOP_HOME so they can test Pig with various
versions of Hadoop.
