bin/pig expects hadoop conf dir to be added to PIG_CLASSPATH. But the
documentation (http://pig.apache.org/docs/r0.9.1/start.html) says
HADOOP_CONF_DIR should be set for MR mode. It makes sense to use
HADOOP_CONF_DIR as it is likely to be already set.
