I have modified org.apache.pig.pigunit.pig.PigServer and TestPigTest to add
this functionality to PigUnit. New test added "testDefaultBootup()" to
TestPigTest.java
Also, moved "getCompositeStream(InputStream in, Properties properties)" to
Utils.java to be used across.
