Jon, for these UDFs, we could name 1 and 2 MAPTOBAG and BAGTOMAP respectively,
since TOBAG, TOMAP exist already. In fact, all UDFs here (except INVERSEMAP)
could be prefixed with MAP to avoid confusion.
