Do you mean in skewed join, we only estimate the size based on the big table? I
can see that, and it happens even before the patch. But since usually the
skewed side is larger, so this might be acceptable.
I find another issue however, some rules such as LimitAdjuster depends on the
right #reducer, and those rules are triggered before job launch. Seems we need
a hook to adjust plan after finishing one job.
