Seems like this issue is caused when a relation does not have schema
associated. As per my discussion with Daniel, seems like this is an assumption
Logical optimizer makes across most optimizations.
I will be closing this JIRA, although documentation needs to be fixed to
reflect the same which can be done on a separate JIRA.
