I can take on this one.  I'll use the storage location and the schema on LOAD 
AS to generate the SELECT statement.  I'll use sensible defaults to create 
tuple schema from column name/types and throw in LIMIT/OFFSET to correspond to 
number of mappers.

If no objections to the high-level sentence above, go ahead and assign it to me.
