Actually, a few comments:
- Searching around it's not easy to find the Bigtop Pig rpm/deb packages. If we
remove these artifacts from Pig we should update the Pig docs to direct people
to Bigtop. Is this where people should be directed?

- There are also a number of deb/rpm support files below {{src/packages}} that
we should probably move as well if we discontinue support.
