Changed ObjectSerializer to use codec 1.3 methods. Tested with unit tests that
are using ser/deser (TestPruneColumn, TestEvalPipeline2) and "ant test-commit"
- all pass. Also tested against Load/Store funcs that use a lot of this
(TestPigStorage, TestHBaseStorage).
Please review.
