Changes in PIG-4295.patch:
1. create SparkEngineConf
2. serialize and deserialize deserialize PigContext#packageImportList in
SparkEngineConf#writeObject() and SparkEngineConf#readObject()
The basic idea to serialize and deserialize the thread local variable
PigContext#packageImportList is similiar as what we did in PigContext. Please
review it as soon as possible if you have time because i hope this patch will
be involved in the final patch when we merge branch to trunk.
