Set pig.print.exec.plan "true" in 
src/org/apache/pig/backend/hadoop/executionengine/mapReduceLayer/JobControlCompiler.java
 
and
src/org/apache/pig/backend/hadoop/executionengine/tez/TezJobCompiler.java

Print out MR/Tez plan
