Was also trying to add .sha256 signatures to all maven artifacts but later
realized that .md5 and .sha1 were automatically added when published to the
apache repository. sha1 is still required for legacy reasons. Removed those
changes assuming those will be added centrally when sha256 is mandated instead
of manually adding.
