I'm about to check in the last bit for PIVOT-474, then I'm gonna tag. My guess is that we'll find some issues and re-tag, but at least the process will be kicked off. All of the other tickets currently marked against 1.5 are completely independent of tagging anyway (they're not on the trunk), so I'm going to remove the 1.5 tag from those tickets.
