Let's say a user includes a java-file to be used as a template for an editor
for example. I think the only thing you can achieve by not copying in
java-resources is a confused user and questions on the mailing list later on :)
It's nice that you set up the testing infrastructure. I think it's a good idea
to keep the tests empty, any test you put there will be cruft the user will
most likely want to remove anyway.
