the new archetype, and a sample of gerenated application.
I hope ready for the 1.0 version.
All missing files were added, and inside you can find in the BUILD file all the
necessary to build and install in a local maven repository the archetype, and
to generate a quickstart application (with inside another BUILD file containing
commands to build and run).
