Resolution: Fixed
@Sandro: I did "svn update" just prior to the commit and only four unrelated
files were updated. I had pulled head revs yesterday before I created the
patch. The commit was successful:

I haven't tried doing a Jenkins build, but I will get in touch with Todd about
