Move some Pivot Utilities in the Tools subproject

Verify with all Pivot Developers if implement this issue (and if yes, put as
Enhancements and no more as a wish) ...
Move some Pivot Utilities in the Tools subproject (to be re-created), like:
Component Explorer, BXML Explorer, Color Scheme Builder, JSON Viewer, XML
Viewer, and maybe even others ...
note that all these utilities are used mainly in development machines so could
be useful to package all them in a single jar.
It has to generate a jar, but put it as optional dependencies (for example in
maven dependencies for Pivot artifacts).
But probably it doesn't makes sense to create a dedicated pivot-tools.war, so
at the moment we could think to include all them in the pivot-demos.war (as
before), but including its jar.
