Hi João, thanks for attaching test cases and for providing so much info, in a
few days I'll take a look ans post here some update.
In the meantime, could you try even with an updated svgSalamander jar, or from
code from branches/2.0.x (where svgSalamander jar has been updated to latest
stable) ?
