FYI, here is Code Signing infra instructions for learning and dicsussing about
code signing:
- infrastructure-...@apache.org for discussion
- https://reference.apache.org/pmc/start which links to

https://reference.apache.org/pmc/codesigning for documentation that is updated
/ extended as projects provide feedback
