The Incubator disclaimer seems to be mis-placed on the website pages.
Rather than appearing as part of the footer, it appears in a narrow (and rather
long) right-hand column near the bottom of the page.
There is an additional issue with the download page: there is a spurious acute
accent after the [ASC] link for 0.3.1
