As we want to have (multiple) Drivers in (multiple) Languages we should use
Code Generation to write each driver once in rather generic form and generate
valid Code in the target Languages (Java, Python, .NET, Cpp, Brainfuck, ...).
This Ticket covers the effort of generating the Tools and API to Generate valid
Target Java Code for an interal representation.
