As OPM makes it really easy to use PLC4J from a "Business Application" it would
be great to have a spring boot starter for people using Spring (as we do).
Then we could simply have everything set up (PlcEntityManager, Pool, ...)
without doing anything with sensible defaults and nice intgegration to
application.properties.
