Yeah ... so investigating CodeSys will definitely not be a waste of time. And if you want to contribute to PLC4X, a test-container setup running a CodeSys in Docker would be a real benefit. Also finding out how to programmatically deploy PLC programs to such containerized PLCs. Then we could probably use that for our integration-tests and also for creating some "Hello PLC World" examples.
