I'm not entirely sure what you mean here. Certainly Atom documents
can be used to describe collections of Office documents, or of any
type of document for that matter, and the Atom Publishing Protocol
can be used to specify the way such documents are sent to and
retrieved from a server. And of course Abdera can provide the
framework for building such a service.
However, it's not clear to me what you mean by "pulling out binary
POI as a Document". Can you expand a bit more on the concept?
