OK, I've now subscribed dev@ to the commits@ list, so all commits should
now come through to dev@ too
Any existing commits@ subscribers may wish to unsubscribe themselves from
commits@ to avoid getting two copies. However, if you do that, give me a
shout, as I'll then need to put you on the allow list so that your
automated posts from svn get through even though you're not (then) a
subscriber
