It's more of the same of the Word 97 spec. So if that was enough for
someone, then these will be also. The only notable changes I can think
if in the recently released spec are some interesting features that
weren't out with Word 97, nested tables, List styles, and table
styles.

Yes, these are the ones I got when I went to SoftArtisans and also
when I was working at Microsoft. Nothing has been changed or removed.
