yes but this happen sometimes only, i have one .doc and when i insert one
words or line in that .doc i got that error
so i need to rewrite all doc to fix :(

Looks to me like you're asking for some text, between 239 and 225, which
is a negative range and hwpf gets unhappy. Try ensuring you only ever ask
for forward ranges of text
