Table Cell Descriptor isn't loading from file, but it happens to occure as SPRM
operand. Because of this serialization is moved from TCAbstractType
(autogenerated) to TableCellDescriptor class.
new wCellPadding* and ftsCellPadding* properties were added to TCAbstractType
and loading of those properties - to TableSprmUncompressor.
