Once you've closed out a bug, you can add the change to the 4.0.0 changelog here: https://svn.apache.org/viewvc/poi/site/src/documentation/content/xdocs/status.xml?view=log
If you install Apache Ant 1.8+ and Apache Forrest 0.6.*, you can rebuild the HTML site with these changes.
