In the debugger: XWPFHeaderFooterPolicy hfPolicy = document.getHeaderFooterPolicy();
the hfPolicy in 4.0.1 has nothing in it; whereas in 4.0.0, there's a firstPageHeader (header3.xml), an evenPageHeader (header1.xml), a defaultHeader (header2.xml) and a defaultFooter(footer1). This looks like a regression.
