Bug ID: 69718
Summary: xval if not specified is giving error instead of
taking a default value
Product: POI
Version: 5.4.1-FINAL
Hardware: PC
OS: Mac OS X 10.1
Status: NEW
Severity: critical
Priority: P2
Component: XSSF

A sample code where this behaviour can be seen
In both hssf and xssf, in multiple new functions introduced in POI, if the xval
is not given, the output goes to ERROR VALUE. This behaviour should be
redefined since Microsoft Excel takes the default value as 0 and evaluates the
output. I could see this behaviour in multiple functions - NORMSDIST, CEILING,
FLOOR and many more. Please validate these behaviour.
