Thanks @pjfanning — switched `testGetDimensionFromAnchorDegenerateInCell` to `XSSFITestDataProvider.instance.getTestDataFileContent` and dropped the unused HSSF import. `TestXSSFPicture` (13 tests) and `TestImageUtils` pass locally (JDK 17).
