Summary: improve performance of live lists and getXYZArray(int)

The most performant way to iterate child data is getXYZArray and iterate the
array yourself.
The aim here is make getXYZArray(int) have similar performance but up until now
random access has been slow.
The getXYZList calls have been very slow for large data sets. The returned list
is an active list where changes are reflected into the XMLBeans structures
while getXYZArray is just a snapshot. The aim is to improve getXYZList but it
will still be slower (but not thousands of times slower like it can be now for
big data sets).
