[DISCUSS] Fixing the Principal Role validation pattern (REST spec change)

Hi All,

PR [4629] proposes a fix to the Principal Role name RegEx.

This fixes an apparent mistake, aligning actual validation with intended
validation rules, as far as I can tell.

Still, it is a REST API spec change, hence this email for general awareness.
