Summary: Serialization of Assoications to RestLink

Returned instances that has association references, will only get the identity,
and not a navigatable Restlink back.
Serialization should be overridden to handle this automatically. The key
challenge is to figure out which ReST path to use, especially since
Serialization adapters may not have enough context available.
