Hi folks,
I'm in the works of setting up a brand new test server for a Foal demo,
running Debian 10 and ES 7.8. I'll get in touch with infra to set up a
DNS record for it ASAP. If anyone wants access to the box for testing,
please let me know :)
With regards,
Daniel.
Aaaand the server is up and running,
https://foal-demo.ponymail.apache.org/ :)
Some notes:
- it only has httpd.apache.org lists, and only a few months worth of
them for now
- OAuth logins work, both ASF, Google and GitHub.
- Composing replies will likely never work on there as it's for testing
- permalinks are subject to change as we get closer to settling on a
standard for the DKIM generator.
Do take it for a spin, let me know if you have feedback :) I've already
gotten some good feedback on the UI, so I'd already consider the demo a
success.
I plan to expand the AAA lib to test out the flexibility of it, perhaps
something like:
- ASF logins can view certain lists
- Google logins can view some other lists
- GitHub logins can only view public lists, but de-anonymized.
- anonymous access can view public lists, anonymized.
With regards,
Daniel.
