The defuzzer uses 'should' for the multi-match positive entries derived from the query string.
AFAICT this only works because the 'minimum_should_match' value is set to the number of word to match. Why not use 'must' instead? Seems to me that scoring is not really relevant for Ponymail queries. Sebb
