No problem with 0.10 IMHO. Version numbers are seldom arithmetic floats. (Notably exception: TeX 3.14157....)
To clarify, Ponymail can start using Semantic Versioning and call it 0.10.0. http://semver.org/ (Not sure what counts as an APi for a web app; Ui functionality and URI structure?)
