[~takezoe] Concerning doc site, I think we should create a new page
https://predictionio.incubator.apache.org/install/install-binary/ and make it
accessible from the install page.
We can also update install.sh to use binary download instead of running
./make-distribution.sh. But I don't think the doc site mentions install.sh at
the moment.
