Hi PredictionIO developers,

Apache GitBox is an online service provided by the ASF to enable read/write
access directly on GitHub. That will enable the normal pull request
workflow to work directly on GitHub (one-button click) without going
through hops to merge PRs in the command line manually, and making sure it
contains the correct commit message to close PRs properly. It will also
eliminate the need of empty commits just to trigger different operations on
GitHub.

Other Apache projects have started similar discussion and voting, and have
found the migration to be much more productive for developers [1].

I would like to propose moving all PredictionIO git repositories from the
current git-wip to GitBox. You can find more about GitBox at [2] and [3]. I
will start a vote if there is no other concerns.

Regards,
Donald
