The current install script does a build from source. The old PIO one did an
install from binary. All Templates are build from source by PIO itself. I'm ok
with continuing this but every release will be a 1-2 full day job for someone
to re-do all this given the number of upgrades we do without thinking. If we
want to release binary we should clamp down on component upgrades or require
that to make one you also have to include changes to LICENSE etc
