Apologies for the confusion. 0.10.0-incubating was the first Apache release
and we did not have a proper official release to point to in `bin/install.sh`.
This has been fixed in the upcoming version.
For now, please follow instructions at
http://predictionio.incubator.apache.org/install/install-sourcecode/. This will
point you to download the proper official release. Please remove any snapshot
installations as they are developmental builds.
